The main purpose of landscaping is to create a joyful environment to surround your residence and to provide a beautiful appearance and natural beauty. Landscape design enhances the aesthetic appeal of any home, and its surrounds.

Landscape designers are an integral part of creating a functional and asthetic outdoor space. A designer will capture the clients bried and tailor a design to suit the particular space, budget, needs and wants.A well planned out and constructed garden can add significant value to a property and therefore, engaging a lanscape designer should be your first port of call when begining the process.

FULL DESIGN SERVICE

WHAT IS INCLUDED

2D Option

Provide a 2D Landscape concept design for areas discussed during the Onsite Discovery Session
Follow up discover concept with client and provide brief
Provide a full colour 2D plan of design
Presentation of design to client to discuss any amendments required

3D Option

All of the above
8-12 D3 renders of the design which will provide clear visions of the key areas and what they will look like from different angles

STAGE 1: Onsite Discovery Session – Consultation Fee $290.00 (metro area only*)

This consultation is generally carried out onsite. Our lead designer will discuss your lifestyle, family, space, wants, budget and anything else that may impact the ability to design an outdoor space tailored to your requirements. After this initial session a design fee schedule will be sent through for approval.

Once the design fee has been approved by the client the designer may arrange to go back to site to conduct a detailed site analysis to determine soil, drainage, climate conditions and existing flora onsite.

If you decide to engage and proceed to full design, 50% of the quoted design fee schedule will be required along with a site plan prior to the commencement of the design. Also upon completion of the design we can quote the construction if required.

STAGE 2: Concept Design

In this prelininary stage of the landscape design process, we will complete a site evaluation based on the site plan provided and onsite measurements taken.

We will then move into preparing a design concept based on the brief from the client, the site plan and space. Once the design concept is completed we will arrange an in office meeting to present the design in a full colour 2D or 3D (depending on the option chosen by client).

If there is any changes that the client would like made we include one revision in the package.

Fee: $180.00 per hour for any additional revisions above the one included in 2D/3D package

STAGE 3: Final Design Drawings

This final stage of design is once the revisions are completed and the design is approved by the client the plan will be finalised to indicate dimensions and other construction detail. A final meeting will be arranged to handover the design documents.

Should the client want a quote from the design we would need to discuss materials and selections in more depth which can be arranged for this meeting with prior notice.

Fee: Remaining 50% of design fee due prior to scheduling final meeting
